10 things

word of the day -- catawampus
[kat-uh-WOM-puhs]: adjective

1. off-center; askew; awry
2. positioned diagonally; cater-cornered

In this world we have learned to love and dislike (I won't use the word hate because it's a strong word) the things that are all around us. Here's 5 things I love and dislike.

5 things I dislike:
1. Triangle on the windshield. You know when it's snowing or raining, and you turn on your windshield wipers, and it clears your whole window except for that one triangle at the bottom...yeah I don't like that. They seriously couldn't invent wipers that could get that triangle too! I just don't get it.
2. Cats. They're gross. That's all I have to say about that.
3. Wet socks. Yeah, I honestly dislike it when I'm walking around my house in socks and I step in something that makes my socks wet. It's all I think about when they're wet and then I have to change my socks.
4. My stomach growling. It's the one thing that embarrasses me the most. I know when I'm hungry, my stomach doesn't need to tell me.
5. Food stuck between my teeth. It's a daily occurrence. I find it annoying.

5 things I love:
1. Shepherd's Pie. It has four of my favorite foods: Mashed Potatoes(of course), Green Beans, Beef, and Cheese!! Oh so happy in my tummy. :)
2. Chocolate filled puppy chow a.k.a muddy buddy's. I love it when I'm eating that powder sugar goodness with chocolate, and you take a bite of one and it's filled with chocolate. Mmmm. Makes me smile.
3. Hugs. Especially from the nieces and nephews. It just warms your soul and makes you feel all fuzzy inside.
4. Badminton. You know it's a fun sport when they call the ball a birdie.
5. Heavy machinery. IT ROCKS! Driving something really big that most people never get the chance to drive will bring much joy to your heart.

safety tip: make sure your shoes are tied before getting on an escalator.

We had a good old time. Tents, campfires, dutch oven, smore's, fishing and rafting down the Green River! What else could a girl ask for?

Best part of the camping trip: Brielle decorating my tent. :) I love kids.
