home is where your heart is. :)

I've moved into a new place a.k.a home last month. It's a cute little cream colored house. It has an eagle plaque above the front door, and when you walk through the house, all the floors are crooked. It's quite an adventure. There's a huge kitchen...I like big kitchens, because that's
where you will always end up with a group of people. My roommate Michelle and I have decorated the kitchen with some pretty darn cute things such as: bird curtains, circles along the wall, painted mason jars with flowers in it, and a crazy table with scraps of paper. It's the bomb.com.
My room. Sigh. I love my room. It's huge compared to the room I had last year. And guess what?? This is the first time that I didn't have to raise my bed in four years!! Now I can just fall on my bed every night instead of climbing up it. It's pretty much the coolest thing since sliced bread. Also, I've got some sweet decorations. I'm talking about a butterfly collage, cute elephant statue, a chair that matches my quilt on my bed, and a quote wall. See pictures below.
P.S. Let me tell you something...I have some awesome roommates. (This is in no particular order) First of all there's Rachel. She just recently got engaged. Exciting eh? She's going to marry a great guy and they are cute together. I've known her for 4.25 years now...I would say we're pretty good friends and we've had some silly/crazy times together! I will never forget them. Second of all, there's Michelle. She rocks. I would say she is my crafty partner in crime. We do the majority of the decorating and crafty stuff in our place. She just graduated in May just like me, and now we do whatever we want in the evenings when everybody is doing homework. It brings joy to my heart. Haha. Third of all, there's Stacy. Oh Stacy, she's funny. She is one of the most sarcastic people that I know and I love it. I will never forget how we first met...it had something to do with a plunger...and we're still friends. How grateful I am for that. Also she has curly hair. She basically rocks for that reason alone. Haha. Fourth of all, there's Elina. Elina and I are gansta sisters. That's right, don't mess with us fool. Just kidding. Elina is very inspiring...I've had some good conversations with her and she probably has no idea that she's helped in so many ways...and we've only lived with each for a month!! I think that's a good thing. Also, she's not in school right now, so she can do whatever with Michelle and I. It rocks our socks off. Fifth of all, there's Stacey. Yes, i said Stacey again. I live with two Stacey's. Haha. I don't really know Stacey yet, but so far I know that she's very nice and she's funny. She's graduating in December(yay for graduating)! I intend to get to know her much more.

Anyway, in our house we love to laugh, have random dance parties, and we like to eat. It is definitely a happy home. :)
